Under the overall guidance of the UNFPA Assistant Representative and the direct supervision of the UNFPA “Promote contraceptive security in Armenia” Project Coordinator and UNFPA Communcation Assistant the Local Consultant will:
Conduct monitoring and evaluation of media communications activities on the contraceptive security in Armenia:
a) Prepare the monitoring and evaluation plan
b) Conduct continuous media monitoring and prepare monthly reports including the monitoring of radio programs, TV programs, TV and print interviews, dissemination of public educational materials, performance of forum theatrical plays, online and print articles and audio/visuals, as well as social media activities.
c) Prepare evaluation forms for gathering feedback and comments from public events’ participants cooperating with project partners .
d) Participate in the public events organized in the scope of the project and gather data on participants feedback
e) Prepare and submit intermediate monthly reports
f) Conduct final evaluation based on the project indicators related to media communications activities and submit a final report.
