Under the overall guidance of the UNFPA Assistant Representative and the direct supervision of the UNFPA “Promoting Contraceptive Security in Armenia” Program Coordinator the National Consultant will:
a. evaluate the implementation of the National Reproductive Health Strategy 2007-2015 with regard to Family planning component.
b. explore the international experience, in order to adapt the best practices into Armenian context
c. To make recommendations for the improvement of the situation with regard to Reproductive Health, in general, and Family planning, in particular
d. Develop Family planning component of the new National Reproductive Health Strategy 2016-2020 and the Action Plan, and contribute for the development of the comprehensive strategy.
e. Collaborate closely with UNFPA program team and the members of the working group, established by the Minister’s Decree N 965-A on April 21, 2015
