What are the deep-rooted problems that lead to violence? Why, as a society, do we struggle to prevent it? Why do we often tolerate, justify, or turn away from those seeking our support? These are the questions that we left the performance. One thing remains certain: each of us has a role to play in building a society free from violence.

This performance is a part of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign, initiated by UNFPA within “ATHENA: Advancing the Human Rights Agenda and Enhancing National Authorities” Project that is co-funded by the European Union and is implemented by UNDP, UNFPA and UNICEF and the EU 4 Gender Equality: Together Against Gender Stereotypes and Gender-Based Violence programme that is funded by the European Union and jointly implemented by UN Women and UNFPA.
