In 2024 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence carries the powerful message: UNiTE to End Violence Against Women. UNFPA and UN Women have joined forces in this campaign, highlighting the importance of collective action to combat gender-based violence. As part of the initiative, a video has been produced, featuring professionals from across Armenia who, through their daily work, contribute to preventing violence and supporting, empowering, and healing survivors. The video was funded by the European Union. Its contents are the sole responsibility of UN Women and UNFPA and do not necessarily reflect the views of the European Union. The video was produced within the “EU 4 Gender Equality: Together against gender stereotypes and gender-based violence" programme (phase 2), funded by the European Union, implemented jointly by UN Women and UNFPA.
